Ghosts of La Grange
The Old City Cemetery in La Grange has been used for burials since before 1840. Texas was its own republic and Austin had just been made the capital.

- Where: Old City Cemetery in La Grange, TX
- Camera: Old ’60s Nikkormat FT (dead light meter) with a dented and beaten 50mm prime lens mounted on a 2x teleconverter
- Film: ASA 100 AgfaPhoto CT Precisa color slide film, processed normally (E6), but pushed 2 stops
There’s a lot of statues of emotional angels. Most are sad, a few look angry, but there was at least one that was apathetic—palms up, shoulders flexed, head tilted in an “Eh?”
